Over the years I have had the good fortune to travel extensively to many areas. One of my hobbies along with collecting local cookbooks was visiting spas. Not only was I seeking rest and rejuvenation I had a dream of opening a premiere Medspa in Lexington. At that time in the 90’s and early 2000’s most spas were “day spas” that only offered what I consider a fluff and buff. While enjoying the time there the results were short lived. I wanted to provide members of our community with a unique, warm and inviting atmosphere that offers a wide range of beauty, anti-aging solutions, and wellness programs.

Pam is an RN with over 39 years of nursing experience and more than 15 years of that as a successful aesthetic nurse injector. She also has hundreds of hours of training with proficiency in lasers, microneedling, PRP, and a Master Injector Certification.  

She is certified as an expert in technique in injectables such as Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Sculptra, and Various types of Fillers. She is also proficient in Laser Hair Removal, IPL/RF/Sublative Lasers, Sclerotherapy, Kybella, PRF and PRP with microneedling for facial rejuvenation, hair stimulation and  scar revision.

Chris Durham, MD attended medical school at the University of Louisville School of Medicine and completed residency training in Emergency Medicine at the University of Kentucky. He is Board Certified with over Fifteen years of experience. Dr. Durham has furthered his expertise in Functional and Metabolic Medicine, as well as Hormone Optimization and Aesthetics. He is the owner and lead physician at Bluegrass Preventive Medicine. Chris also has experience in Concierge Medicine and Personalized Healthcare.

A Kentucky native from Casey County now lives in Lexington with his three beautiful children. Dr. Durham has joined Reflections Medspa and Wellness Center as Medical Director. While working alongside our staff with medical guidance, we are excited that Dr. Durham will be administering Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). Women undergo a reduction in hormone levels during menopause. Aside from fighting symptoms of menopause, hormone pellet therapy also prevents osteoporosis, dementia, and heart diseases.
