Over the years I have had the good fortune to travel extensively to many areas. One of my hobbies along with collecting local cookbooks was visiting spas. Not only was I seeking rest and rejuvenation I had a dream of opening a premiere Medspa in Lexington. At that time in the 90’s and early 2000’s most spas were “day spas” that only offered what I consider a fluff and buff. While enjoying the time there the results were short lived. I wanted to provide members of our community with a unique, warm and inviting atmosphere that offers a wide range of beauty, anti-aging solutions, and wellness programs.
After a lot of research in order to provide the latest and the most innovative medspa treatments and products to help you achieve the best results possible, Reflections Medspa and Wellness was opened in 2016. Licensed Esthetician / Body Specialist
Taevia’s passion for the wellness and beauty industry dates back to her childhood. Her career journey began as an ACE certified personal trainer while pursuing her college education and obtaining an esthetician license. Over the first decade in the industry, she amassed over 25 aesthetic specialty certifications, including becoming a certified body sculpting specialist. Currently working towards her instructor’s license in aesthetics for Kentucky, Taevia is recognized as a Master of Aesthetics. Her extensive expertise, coupled with a genuine love for aesthetics and artistry in body contouring, enables her to uniquely tailor thorough treatment plans. This approach not only helps cliencts achieve body sculpting goals but also enhances mobility, self-esteem, and overall quality of life. Taevia’s passion is fueled by empowering others to recognize the beauty in their skin. During her leisure time, Taevia delights in creating cherished memories and sharing experiences with her two young boys and dog.
Pam Mullen
Registered Nurse / Certified Master Injector
Pam is an RN with over 39 years of nursing experience and more than 15 years of that as a successful aesthetic nurse injector. She also has hundreds of hours of training with proficiency in lasers, microneedling, PRP, and a Master Injector Certification.
She is certified as an expert in technique in injectables such as Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Sculptra, and Various types of Fillers. She is also proficient in Laser Hair Removal, IPL/RF/Sublative Lasers, Sclerotherapy, Kybella, PRF and PRP with microneedling for facial rejuvenation, hair stimulation and scar revision.
